Mobile Terms

If you provide your phone number and opt-in to receive messages from us, we may send you SMS or MMS messages regarding eSquared services, updates, or events.

  • Opt-Out: Reply “STOP” to any text message to stop receiving messages.
  • Charges: We do not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile service provider for details.
  • Information Collected: We may collect your phone number, carrier name, date, time, and content of your messages. This may be used to provide requested services or respond to inquiries.
  • Delivery: Message delivery is dependent on your carrier and network conditions. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No Sharing: We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS data with third parties for marketing purposes.

 

International Users

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our Services, you acknowledge this transfer.
